This is just a quick February Recap to share with you anything else new that happened this month!
Brian continues to be the cutest little boy and is already on his way to being a great big brother. He likes to look at the "belly" and today even gave it a kiss and hug! Plus, he LOVES babies! Our sister, Denae babysits a baby boy and Brian loves to give him kisses and hugs; sometimes too many kisses and hugs! Brian's favorite words this month have been "Uh Oh!," "Oh," "K," "Water," "Daddy (with an English accent)," and "Bye (he graduated from saying Dye)." Today he saw some candy at the store and was very good at pointing it out, "Candy!"
Work continues on the kitchen and boy, what progress we have made! Troy, Troy's Dad, and our brother, Sean, have all worked very hard to get it done so fast. We will be getting counters this Thursday and I'll be cooking (and using a sink - yeah!) by the weekend. It has been fun planning how we're going to decorate and I can't wait to post completed pictures.

Brian loves pretending to be "grown up" and is constantly trying on Mom and Dad's shoes (mine are a lot easier to walk around in!) He has even worn my mixing bowls as shoes, but I didn't catch it in time to take a picture!
Daddy was taking a shake break from working on the kitchen and Brian thought he's just plop down in Daddy's lap and try some! You know he wants what you have when you hear a very insistent, "Ah! Ah!" You should have heard him the other day when he was trying to get bites of ice cream from both of us!
Mom: Brian show me your new toy!
Brian: Cheese!
Mom: No, really - hold up your new toy you went all the way upstairs to get and show Daddy!
Brian: Cheese!

All I can say is, WOW!!! What a difference in your kitchen! It looks awesome! I can't wait to see the finished product - maybe one of these days I'll see it in person!
