I couldn't let the week go by and not dedicate a post to Ellie. She is really is an amazing little girl. And she is growing up! She's almost completely day-trained and I even caught her the other day going potty ALL BY HERSELF. She's quite a talker and sounds just like me sometimes - I just have to be careful what I say! She runs, rides her bike, climbs and goes down slides, and loves, loves, loves to play pretend, especially with her favorite bear. This bear will eat breakfast with us, sit on the potty, and wave bye-bye, among other things. And did I mention how beautiful she is?? All those complements better not go to her head!

I also finally finished a project I started for Ellie before she was born. I finally finished sewing the border today! Now we can hang it on her wall and finish re-decorating her room (just some small changes - I'll show you when it's done). :)

Thank-you Meg for the pattern!

I'm sorry for being illiterate, but I can't read the beginning of your beautiful project. It's just those first couple of words. What does it say? (I do understand what it's saying though. Beautiful!)
Cute little Ellie! Looking forward to seeing you guys again in January!
Oh and congrats on finishing your project. I have a few of those myself! It looks great!
